We recently finished an animated video for CrossFit RRG, the insurance division for CrossFit gyms. The video was broadcast at the July 2012 Games in Carson, California and is also on their YouTube channel.

Kudos to our team for pulling this off in a very short amount of time: Dani Concepcion for am and pm collaboration and awesome sound effects/editing; Richard Grimes for the script; the amazing Matt Gardner (alias Poof Man) for voiceover talent and Salami Studios for audio recording. Thanks all!

If you don’t keep your browser (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, etc.) updated, this could lead to problems. Older browsers are buggy, slow, crash more often, and don’t support modern evolving standards.  If for no other reason, your browser should be kept up to date for the reassurance of keeping a more secure system.  Smashing Magazine has a put together an easy to understand guide to upgrading and keeping your browser up to date.

Since my brother developed lung cancer, he decided to start a blog titled Cancer With Laughter detailing the humorous, and at times exasperating, side of dealing daily with cancer. Here’s one of his more recent posts about his awesome dog, Major.

Ok, some of our posts here must be about food. My husband found an illustrated recipe on foodit that is easy and foolproof so I thought I’d share. He’s a great cook and loves to bake bread so I can take photographs…and partake, of course. You can find the recipe here. Enjoy!

It must be that time of year again. Domain name renewal scams are coming in by regular mail and by email. Please contact your web host if you are uncertain about a letter or email that you received regarding your domain name renewal. The subject line may be titled “Attention: Domain Registration” and it’s nicely formatted to throw you off.

I recently found some wonderful photos of the bay that a local photographer posted on flickr and had to share. His name is Al Butzer and he has done a fantastic job capturing the beauty of the bay. You can view more of his photos on his website at Enjoy!

When hiring professional photography, I always order blue sky and puffy clouds. This past weekend, the rain had just ended and the skies opened up, so I couldn’t resist the opportunity for some outdoor photos. I took a few quick shots shown here at Terry-Peterson Residential’s new home communitiy in Virginia Beach, Sajo Farm.
